About the Role
You will play a key role in running the day-to-day operations of the practice, supporting both clinical and front desk functions, and gradually taking on more responsibility in:
* Managing the daily schedule and optimising productivity.
* Supporting and guiding team members.
* Handling patient communication and case acceptance.
* Ensuring a smooth, high-end patient experience.
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing systems.
* Helping grow the practice.
* Over time, this role will evolve into a Practice Manager position for the right person.
