Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for building strong relationships and matching top talent with great opportunities? We are growing and looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to join our specialist Surveying team in Brisbane .
Due to continued demand across the surveying and engineering sectors, we are expanding our desk and seeking an experienced recruiter or someone with strong industry knowledge who thrives in a fast‑paced, relationship‑focused environment.
In this role, you will manage an established portfolio of clients while also developing new partnerships across construction, land development, engineering, and geospatial surveying.
Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for surveying and spatial roles (surveyors, drafters, technicians, project managers, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Source, screen, and engage high‑quality candidates across multiple platforms
Provide market insights, salary advice, and workforce solutions to clients
Grow your desk through proactive business development and networking
Ensure a high quality candidate and client experience at every stage About You Recruitment experience (ideally within engineering, OR surveying/geospatial industry experience)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing your own desk
Ability to balance business development, client management, and candidate care
