Our client, a leader in luxury beachfront residences and premier property development, is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager.
They are looking for a highly organised and operations-focused professional to support short-term lettings while working closely with the Guest Services Assistant to ensure a seamless experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Guest Services Assistant to provide an exceptional experience for short-term guests and residents.
Overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of short-term lettings, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
Coordinating bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain seamless operations.
Liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure property standards are upheld.
Assisting in property inspections, compliance checks, and reporting maintenance requirements.
Managing tenant and guest inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.
Ensuring all operations align with luxury service standards and brand expectations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role.
A strong understanding of short-term rental operations, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, residents, and service providers.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.
A current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is highly desirable.
