Mental Health Clinician
Cabrini Women's Mental Health Service – Part time (3 days per week), Elsternwick VIC

* Provide individual and group therapy, mental health assessments, and care coordination across inpatient and outpatient programs.
* Work collaboratively with a skilled and diverse team to support recovery and improve psychological and social functioning.

What we're looking for
We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about women's mental health and thrives in a collaborative, team‐based environment.
Essential Criteria
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration (Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health.
* Demonstrated ability to provide evidence‐based individual and group interventions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Commitment to trauma‐informed, recovery‐oriented practice.
Desirable
* Training or experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT, schema therapy, or psychodynamic therapy.
* Experience facilitating therapeutic groups.
