Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct initial assessments and identify return to work barriers; design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees returning to the workforce.
* Undertake assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment evaluations.
* Identify return to work (RTW) barriers.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties.
* Develop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve RTW benchmarks with minimum case costs.
Qualifications
* Australian recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy.
* Willingness to travel (a current vehicle and drivers licence is required).
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
* A keen sense of punctuality and effective ability to manage your time.
