Chief Executive Officer – Job Description
We're excited to partner with a respected founding family to appoint their next CEO.
This role is a rare opportunity to drive the next phase of growth by setting and executing the commercial strategy across brands, private label, and co-manufacture, while lifting operational performance across three manufacturing sites.
As CEO, you'll sharpen commercial outcomes through stronger retailer partnerships, improved margin management, and disciplined capital allocation, and lead a committed workforce by building capability, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
You'll also manage key external stakeholders— including the Founder and major customers— ensuring the business scales sustainably and delivers against its revenue, EBITDA, and cashflow goals.
