An established and growing commercial builder is seeking an up-and-coming Site Manager to deliver a $3M childcare centre project in Chadstone.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Foreman or Junior Site Manager ready to step up and take full ownership of a project, with the support of an experienced project team behind you.
The Role:
You will oversee the project from site establishment through to completion and handover, ensuring it is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and trades
Drive programme and manage site sequencing
Maintain high standards of quality control
Enforce and uphold OH&S compliance
Lead site meetings and communicate progress to the project team
Foster a positive and productive site culture
About You:
Experience delivering commercial construction projects
Currently a Foreman or Junior Site Manager ready to take the next step
Strong organisational and leadership capability
Confident managing subcontractors and site logistics
Solid understanding of construction methodology and programming
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
