Are you a driven Finance Manager looking to take ownership of a high-impact role where your insights truly shape business decisions? We are seeking a confident and commercially minded finance professional to lead our finance function and partner closely with senior leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee financial operations, deliver meaningful reporting, and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the organisation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting while providing valuable insights to support decision-making. You will lead the month-end and year-end processes, manage a finance team, and work closely with the Owner and CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead monthly financial close, including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews
* Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and deliver management reports
* Oversee and mentor finance team across Payroll, AP, AR, and Financial Accounting
* Ensure strong financial controls and efficient day-to-day finance operations
* Manage year-end process and liaise with external accountants and auditors
* Strengthen internal controls, manage risk, and conduct property-related audits
* Partner with operational teams to provide insights on leases, outgoings, and cost recovery
* Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, processes, and reporting efficiency
About You:
* Technically strong and commercially astute finance professional
* Proven experience managing full financial cycles
* Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop and inspire teams
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
* Confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience in property or asset-based environments (desirable)
* Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.
