About the role
The Workforce Resourcing Advisor will be a valued member of the Workforce Resourcing team, responsible for delivering expert advice and end-to-end recruitment of both domestic and international candidates. This includes recruitment, selection, appointment, and onboarding processes. The role also involves managing the international workforce portfolio, supporting attraction, transition, and retention of international candidates, including visa sponsorship and compliance in line with Department of Home Affairs requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering our award-winning onboarding program and supporting the recruitment of skilled candidates into priority roles across the organization. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in workforce resourcing (both domestic and international preferred)
* Sound understanding of HRIS
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Understanding of Australian immigration policies and pathways
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legislation to a broad audience
* Strong organisational and financial skills
* Previous experience in the health industry (preferred but not essential)
Employment Type: This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time opportunity.
