Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships and providing technical sales support across a broad range of industrial products. You will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting both external sales representatives and walk-in or phone enquiries while ensuring exceptional service and efficient order processing.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and counter sales
* Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately
* Provide product advice and technical support
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
* Support external sales representatives and branch operations
* Follow up quotations and identify sales opportunities
About you
* Customer focused with strong communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a technical or industrial environment
* Proactive and motivated to grow sales
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade counter sales
* Exposure to industrial products highly regarded
* Strong computer skills and experience using ERP systems
