Marketing and Bid Coordinator
You will support a national brand known for quality engineering work across major projects. You will work with a senior marketing lead and directors to deliver submissions and marketing content that strengthens the brand and helps win work.
The role
You will split your time between marketing and bids. You will prepare proposals, update collateral, manage content, and support business development activity.
Key responsibilities
Bids and submissions
* Write and edit EOIs, proposals, and capability statements.
* Coordinate deadlines and keep the bid tracker updated.
* Format documents in Word and InDesign.
* Gather input from directors and engineers.
* Maintain CVs, case studies, and project sheets.
Marketing
* Update brochures, presentations, and company profiles.
* Prepare social posts and support content planning.
* Assist with brand consistency across all materials.
* Maintain the image library and marketing templates.
* Support campaigns linked to lead generation.
What you'll bring
* Experience in marketing or bids from engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services.
* Strong writing skills.
* Solid time management.
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
* Word and PowerPoint capability, plus basic InDesign experience.
