We're pleased to announce the opening of a new role. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, this position's primary focus is to provide administrative support to enable the successful fulfillment of responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers.
* ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Provide general administrative support to the State Manager and Sales team.
* SUPPORT TOOL MANAGEMENT: Manage requested sales and marketing tools.
* CULTURE CONTRIBUTION: Contribute towards building a positive high-performance culture.
* INITIATIVE EXECUTION: Support business objectives to execute key initiatives that deliver a 3-way win for the customer and consumer.
Additional Responsibilities:
* ACTIVATION PLANNING AND REVIEW: Plan, implement, and review activation across 6 state-based key account groups.
* POINT OF SALE MANAGEMENT: Manage POS requirements, place orders, and monitor transition through to Mainfreight.
* DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: Prioritize work assignments and approve purchasing materials and travel bookings.
We are looking for talented professionals. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of sales or administration experience, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
