The Role
You will have genuine authority over strategy and operations across all brands and channels. Working in close partnership with the Founder, you will bring commercial rigour, execution discipline, and the leadership to build a world‐class team around you.
This is a hands‐on role. You will be in the detail when it counts and thinking at scale when it matters leading a multi‐brand, multi‐channel business through its next phase of international growth.
What You'll Own
* Full P&L across all brands, channels, and markets
* Strategic roadmap defining it, executing it, and course‐correcting it
* International expansion identifying markets, building distribution, scaling what works
* Key commercial relationships: retail partners, distributors, strategic suppliers
* Senior leadership team building it, aligning it, holding it accountable
* Operational performance: margins, systems, and scalable infrastructure
Who We're Looking For
* Proven CEO or a senior operator genuinely ready for the top job
* Track record scaling consumer brands in beauty, FMCG, retail, or adjacent categories
* Experience leading businesses through a scale or inflection phase
* Strong commercial instincts with direct P&L ownership
* Experience in founder‐led environments you know how to add structure without killing culture
* International or multi‐market experience highly regarded
* Data‐driven, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity
