About the Role This newly created Senior Engineer position offers the opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of composite technology.
Based in Geelong, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative engineering solutions, working closely with a highly skilled technical team and collaborating across production to deliver high-performance results.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex composite systems and components.
Translate customer requirements into practical, commercially viable engineering solutions.
Partner with production teams to implement designs on the factory floor.
Develop detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
MUST be an Australian citizen 5+ years' experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.
Strong background in composite materials (carbon fibre, glass fibre).
