Disability Support Leader Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Leader to lead our support team in promoting the dignity of customers and supporting them to develop their potential.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 4 in Disability Services or relevant experience, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
About You
* You will be able to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays with significant availability
* You possess resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* You have strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
* You are able to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
* You can use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
* You hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
