* Manage chronic diseases and provide mental health support

* Work collaboratively with a team of experienced nurses and administrative staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is desirable but not essential
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written English
* Sound clinical knowledge, diagnostic and decision-making skills
