**About the role**
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join one of our Lincoln Sentry Branches located in Lonsdale, SA.
As a Warehouse Supervisor for Lincoln Sentry, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of warehouse operations and be a leader who leads by example and will drive engagement with your people through our values. This full-time role will see you working Monday to Friday 7:30am -4:00pm
**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring process level Regulatory, Safety and Quality standards are met.
- Coordinating advanced problem-solving and continuous improvement activities across the Warehousing
- Embedding the principles of standard work and operator-led maintenance within the Warehouse System
**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent People Management skills
- Related experience in Warehousing
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Driver's License & Forklift License
- Confident communications and the natural ability to build rapport
