Senior Property Manager
Earn $90,000 – $100,000 in this agency of 25–30 staff based in Brunswick area, with leasing + routines support, in a true Senior Property Manager role.
DUTIES
Manage a residential portfolio of homes/apartments circa 200 properties (currently 160) with support for routines, leasing, etc. The portfolio is local to the Brunswick office.
Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00 – 5:30 pm, approx 1 in 8 Saturdays only.
WHATS ON OFFER
* Salary of $90,000 – $100,000 per annum plus progression into potential Team Leader, Head of State, or National Department Head roles.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
* Agents Representative Certificate.
* Prior experience in residential property management managing your own portfolio.

* Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to drive if/as needed.
