About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Finance Broker Support Officer to join the dynamic team in our Townsville office.
In this pivotal in-office based role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer service support to our highly skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Assist finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
Support the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required
About You
Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in an administration or clerical role at a minimum, you\'ll have/be:
Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
Previous finance/ bank experience preferred but not essential
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A current Police Check - or complete one pre-start date
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new financial software systems quickly
A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
