A respected national law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate (1–4 years PAE) to join their Disputes & Investigations practice. You’ll be working in a collaborative, high-performing team led by nationally regarded litigators, handling complex matters across commercial litigation, banking disputes, and insolvency. The Role You will gain hands-on experience and play an integral role in managing files and supporting senior lawyers in a variety of contentious matters. Key responsibilities include: Advising on secured recovery and insolvency disputes Managing negotiations and stakeholder communications Drafting a range of legal documents including: • Court pleadings and submissions • Letters of demand and breach notices • Settlement deeds and forbearance agreements • Briefs to Counsel and mediation prep Court appearances and advocacy (as appropriate) Managing files with autonomy, under senior supervision About You We’re looking for a motivated and capable junior lawyer with: 1–4 years PAE within a litigation, disputes, or insolvency practice Strong drafting and communication skills A proactive and solutions-focused mindset The ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams Confidence in managing files and progressing matters independently Why Apply?
