About the role Provides administrative and customer service support for Child and Family Health Service sites across South Australia – Country South.
Reports to the Administrative Coordinator/Manager and supports regional teams to deliver efficient, client-focused and professional outcomes.
Key duties of the role Deliver professional, high-quality customer service across multiple Child and Family Health Service sites Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to management, clinical and regional staff Maintain data integrity, electronic records and documentation in line with departmental procedures Coordinate appointment bookings, correspondence and general office workflows Support daily operations, contributing to a cohesive and responsive multidisciplinary team Skills and Experience Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and staff Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service within a health or service setting Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data entry and record management systems Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Flexible and adaptable approach, with professionalism and teamwork in dynamic environments
