Help shape smarter procurement processes
Flexible work with purpose-driven impact
About Our Client
This is a large, well-known Australian business with a strong consumer presence and a rich history. It operates nationally and plays a long-standing role in community impact and entertainment. Internally, the culture is inclusive, purpose-driven and committed to flexibility and employee wellbeing. You'll be joining a stable, established organisation that values innovation, people and ethical sourcing. The team is collaborative and outcome-focused with excellent leadership and structure.
Job Description
You will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards and stakeholder insights that support procurement activity and decision-making. You'll work closely with senior leadership and category managers to provide data analysis on supplier performance, spend visibility, market trends and risk factors.
You will also support ESG and modern slavery reporting by gathering and interpreting supplier data. This is a growing area of focus and you'll play a key role in keeping the business compliant and aligned with ethical sourcing goals.
Process improvement will also be a focus. You'll be involved in refining workflows, updating procurement templates and policies, and identifying opportunities to automate or simplify tasks using tools like Power BI or Excel. An interest in emerging technologies, including AI, would be useful but not essential.
The role requires strong collaboration with other members of the procurement team. You'll be supporting the broader function while managing your own priorities and delivering quality work on time.
The Successful Applicant
You're a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working with procurement data. You have a strong grasp of Excel and are confident building reports and dashboards. Experience with Power BI or Oracle is a plus but not a must.
You enjoy solving problems, working with data and helping teams make smarter decisions. You're collaborative, proactive and can manage your workload independently while contributing to shared goals.
Strong communication skills are important, particularly when explaining data insights to non-technical stakeholders. You're comfortable presenting your work, supporting others, and building relationships across the business.
You may currently be in a procurement support, commercial analyst or junior sourcing role and are looking to broaden your exposure. You'll be interested in the broader goals of procurement such as sustainability, risk and performance.
This is a great role for someone with good technical ability, a team mindset and the desire to grow within a reputable and future-focused business.
What's on Offer
You'll be joining a team that values collaboration, balance and professional development. This business has a clear purpose and a strong community reputation. It's a great place to build your procurement career.
The company offers flexible work arrangements and a hybrid model. You'll also have access to generous leave options including volunteer days, purchased leave and inclusive parental leave. The wellbeing support on offer is strong, with tools and programs available for you and your family.
Learning and development are well supported. You'll get access to resources across leadership, technology and procurement to help grow your career over time.
