Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a top-performing Sales Agent, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.
The Role:
* Manage the diary, emails, and appointments for a Senior Sales Agent
* Prepare correspondence for offers, acceptance, and exchanges
* Communicate with solicitors during the sales process
* Liaise with the marketing team
* Coordinate photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material, and agent branding
* Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions
* Draft and manage internal and external communication
* Manage the exchanges and settlements process
* Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong administration background in Real Estate
* Current Certificate of Registration
* Ability to manage a high volume workload
* Provide a high standard of customer service
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
