Responsibilities
* Managing and developing a team of 8
* Owning service delivery across existing client contracts
* Ensuring SLAs are consistently met and exceeded
* Shaping and improving service processes and performance
* Acting as a key point of contact between clients, technical teams, and leadership
* Overseeing maintenance, service delivery, and operational performance
