Key Responsibilities:
* Assist skilled bakers in all aspects of bread making and pastry production.
* Develop techniques for mixing, kneading, shaping and proofing dough.
* Acknowledge recipes and baking instructions with accuracy.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
* Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina required.
