About the opportunity
The Service & Warranty Team Leader oversees our Service & Warranty team. The key focus of this role is to lead and supervise the office-based administration staff with an emphasis on processes and procedures, customer service and achieving goals. More specifically, you will:
* Contribute to the provision of unbeatable customer experience by ensuring the Service & Warranty Coordinators are delivering a professional service, following processes and completing all tasks in a timely manner
* Managing workloads for each of the 5 regions to distribute evenly amongst the team
* Monitoring the workload and timeframes, reporting to stakeholders regarding performance of staff members in each region
* Be responsible in monitoring and training Service & Warranty related issues, conducting performance reviews, setting goals and objectives
* Assist the team with complex issues and escalations, liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders as required
* Assist the Service & Warranty State Manager with the development of policies, processes or systems for the department
* Prepare reports for the Service & Warranty State Manager as required
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, with experience leading and motivating a small team
* Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Outstanding, organisational, and planning abilities with the ability to work under pressure
* A flexible approach and attitude towards your work
* Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry (building your own home etc)
