Job Title: Program Coordinator - Children and Schooling Programme
The Department of Education and Training seeks an experienced Program Coordinator to provide corporate, administrative, and project support for the successful implementation and delivery of the Children and Schooling Programme in the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and project support to program staff to ensure effective program delivery
* Collaborate with corporate staff, executives, school leaders, and school-based employees to achieve program objectives
* Engage with the broader school community to build relationships and promote program initiatives
* Maintain accurate records and reports to inform program decision-making
Requirements
* Administrative Officer 5 experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
