Growth Marketing Leader
Salary: $75,000 per annum
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for leading paid campaigns across multiple platforms, managing the full funnel from ad creative to lead conversion, and collaborating with Sales, Brand, and Outbound teams.
Job Description:
As a Growth Marketing Leader, you will be our growth engine, running digital campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and supporting distributor promotions. You will work closely with Sales and Brand, delivering performance marketing that fuels our next stage of growth.
* Leading paid campaigns across Meta and Google (and exploring other platforms as we scale)
* Owning the full funnel: from ad creative → landing page → lead → CRM
* Testing creatives, copy, and audiences to find what converts
* Managing distributor promotions and ensuring consistent execution
* Collaborating with Sales, Brand and Outbound teams to align on lead quality and targets
* Tracking key metrics like CPL, conversion rates, ROI — and acting fast when things shift
* Optimising campaigns based on what the data tells you — not guesswork
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience running paid digital ads (Meta and Google essential)
* A growth mindset and performance obsession — you don't just want clicks, you want wins
* Strong understanding of landing pages, lead funnels, and CRM tools
* The ability to juggle priorities, projects and platforms
* Killer communication skills — you can turn insights into action
* Love for experimentation and testing (you get that A/B isn't just for school)
