We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Warranty Advisor to to add to our expanding team

* Administration experience
* Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs
* Exceptional Customer Service
* Previous Warranty experience highly advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
Your duties will be but not limited to:
* Customer liaison for all warranty queries and claims
* Managing company warranty email
* Liaise with caravan manufacturers in regards to warranty claim and parts
* Caravan Shows
* Customer Service
* Assist Management in other areas of the business as required.
You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload, you will also be an effective communicator with the ability to assert yourself and work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
Essential

* High level of attention to detail & accuracy
* Exceptional time management skills
* Highly organised.
* Prompt, punctual, outstanding presentation and personal hygiene habits. Respectful of customers, peers and management.
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, work both autonomously and as part of a team.
