Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a remote site in the Moranbah region.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and compliant with contractual obligations.
* You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and schedules.
3. Monitor and report on team performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role leading a large diverse team.
* Commercial experience (hotel, mining or resort environment preferable).
* Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team's overall performance.
* Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures.
