* Fluent
spoken English
* Food safety certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Police
Check or willing to obtain one
* Your own uniform: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap, black apron, and black enclosed leather look shoes suitable for the kitchen.
* Experience with commercial dishwashers (for Kitchen Hands)
* Experience with food handling/Food preparation (for catering assistants)
* Working With Children Check (not necessary, but valuable)
