About the Role
* Working with a dedicated team, you'll manage a portfolio of larger-scale family customers in the Agribusiness industry, to drive growth through acquisition and increasing share of wallet.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing customer relationships with a customer-centric approach.
* Collaborating with product partners to structure deals.
* Building valued relationships with operations teams to build efficiencies and minimise non-lending losses.
* Applying strong credit analysis skills towards credit proposal recommendations.
* Managing compliance and assessing transactions.
* Ensuring adherence to Group Audit requirements and QA standards.
* Working closely with lending services to minimise provisions.
* Demonstrating expertise in Commercial mid-market banking products.
* Developing awareness of the Agribusiness industry and market trends.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of Commercial mid-market banking products.
* Ability to identify financial opportunities for clients.
* Ability to negotiate complex deals.
* Proficiency in evaluating credit risk and managing lending processes.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
