Our client is seeking Service Customer Experience specialist (Service Advisor) to join their team in West Melbourne (Werribee).

Ideally, they are searching for an experience Service Advisor, who wants to join a fantastic group, with real, long-term career prospects. However they will look at someone who wants to step into this role. Customer experience back ground or Mechanical.
**Your role**:
- Booking Guest cars into the service department
- Liaising with Guests to ensure their experience is seamless and transparent
- Working with our Technicians to ensure all the Guest's requirements and requests are met
- Returning the Guests vehicles in a friendly and timely manner
**You will provide**:
- Previous experience in a service department ideally
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service with attention to detail
- Ability and desire to work as part of a successful team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A skilled and friendly phone manner
- Well presented with a "can do" attitude
