Production Manager – Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop
* Ensure repair methods and estimates are followed accurately
* Drive quality assurance and productivity targets
* Manage workflow to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment
* Support ordering and receipting of parts, paint, and consumables
* Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
Estimator – Key Responsibilities
* Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates
* Liaise with insurers and customers to ensure approval processes run smoothly
* Work closely with technicians to clarify job scopes
* Use estimating systems (e.g., Audanet) to create timely and cost-effective quotes
* Ensure repair methods align with OEM and safety standards
* Support workshop productivity and job flow
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role (Estimator or Production Manager) within the collision repair industry
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating systems (e.g., Audanet, iBodyShop)
* A team-first attitude with the ability to motivate and lead others
* High attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
