Salary & Benefits
* $100,000 – $140,000 + Super (depending on role, skills & experience)
* Relocation allowance up to $5,000
* 6 weeks annual leave + study leave

Role-specific salary ranges
* Clinical Psychologist: $115,000 – $135,000 + Super
* Senior Mental Health Clinician: $120,000 – $140,000 + Super

Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a long-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation, supporting the Broome community for over 40 years.
These roles sit within BRAMS' Community Services team and contribute to delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred mental health and psychosocial support for individuals and families in Broome.
We are recruiting for three full-time positions:
* Clinical Psychologist (graduates welcome)
* Senior Mental Health Clinician
* Social Worker

About You (Essential)
* Relevant tertiary qualification and eligibility for registration with AHPRA or AASW
* Commitment to culturally safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred practice
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build respectful relationships
* Emotional resilience and sound judgement in complex situations
* Genuine motivation to improve outcomes for Aboriginal communities
Role-specific requirements
* Clinical Psychologist: Open to graduates
* Senior Mental Health Clinician: Demonstrated clinical experience
* Social Worker: Experience in a similar role and eligibility for AASW membership
