Guest Service Representative

* Welcoming guests and processing check-ins for individual and group arrivals
* Completing check-outs for departing guests using the hotel's systems
* Managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints effectively and efficiently
* Proactively identifying opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create a positive experience
* Staying up-to-date with hotel products, services, and promotions, as well as VIP movements and special events
* Selling hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue
* Performing general communication duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
* Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Previous experience in a Front Office or Concierge role within a hotel is highly desirable
