In this project role, you will support the modernisation of our underlying technology infrastructure, transforming the way people data is stored, processed and consumed. You are someone with strong organisational skills, experience defining test strategy and coordinating the execution of a wide variety of test activities, ideally in an Agile environment. Your ability to coordinate a number of resources within the project and upstream, create a test strategy and methodology to meet the project's requirements, develop and adjust test plans in collaboration with the scrum master, and regularly report on progress will be critical to your success. You will be comfortable working with functional and technical resources, as well as with product owners and stakeholders across the organisation.

**Key deliverables include**:
- **Accountable for planning and coordinating test execution across the following areas**:
- Functional testing and data reconciliations
- Technical testing
- Performance testing
- Regression testing
- Automated testing
- **Analysis and test planning**
- Elicit test requirements from functional team, technical team and product owner and undertake analysis to define test strategy, scope, preconditions, test cases and expected results
- Produce a test plan, including resource requirements, timeframes and milestones
- Define the appropriate methodology and use of test environements to meet the project's test requirements
- **Test Management**
- Coordinate test data with upstream system owners, technical product owners and support teams, and test execution resources, to deliver rounds of UAT and PVT throughout the project
- Facilitate regular meetings with project team during test rounds to monitor test progress and blockers
- Ensure defects are triaged, assigned, and prioritised by working with product owner, functional lead, lead analyst and lead engineer
- Manage each of the test rounds according to the test plan and project plan, and produce regular reporting on the status and progress of the plan
- **Reporting**
- Produce regular test status reports throughout the test round to the product owner and project stakeholders
- Produce test exit reports for each of the test rounds
- **Toolsets**
- Be comfortable with use of JIRA and JIRA X-Ray to manage test execution and defect resolution, and the use of Confluence to document test strategy and exit reports
