About the Role
Our Mobile Patient Care (MPC) team provides Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) across Victoria and New South Wales, supported by a modern fleet of ambulances and RFDS aircraft.
We are currently seeking Registered Paramedics for a part-time ongoing position in Lismore, working Wednesday & Thursday, 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM.
You'll be responsible for delivering compassionate, high‑quality care during patient transport, working within a supportive and inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and provide clinical interventions during transport
Deliver safe, high‑quality care in line with RFDS MPC and NEPT guidelines
Build positive relationships with patients and healthcare stakeholders
Work independently and collaboratively within established protocols
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations
What You'll Need
Current registration as a Registered Paramedic with AHPRA
Qualifications in Paramedical Science, Health Science (Paramedic), or equivalent
Completion of required clinical placements and assessments
Valid FULL New South Wales Driver's Licence and ability to drive in urban and rural settings
Availability to work Wednesday & Thursday, 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM

All applicants must undergo a driver history and demerit point check, at compliance stage. To be successful, you must not have repeated driving offences within the last three years. In addition, all positions are subject to a National Police Check and require holding a valid Working with Children Check.
