**About the Role**
Step into an exciting opportunity as a Urology Robotic Fellow, where you'll work under the guidance of the Head of Unit and senior consultants within our dynamic Urology Unit. In this role, you'll maintain active relationships with consultant staff, ensuring collaborative and effective patient care. You'll also become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to enhance surgical outcomes and patient experiences.
As a Urology Robotic Fellow, you'll have the chance to mentor and teach junior medical staff and medical students, fostering the next generation of urologists. Additionally, you'll be encouraged to initiate and develop innovative research projects, further advancing your skills and knowledge in this specialised field. **About You**
We're looking for a dedicated Urology Robotic Fellow who meets the following key requirements:
- **Qualifications**: MBBS or equivalent degree eligible for registration with AHPRA.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong investigation and negotiation abilities, with a focus on fostering respectful relationships with patients and colleagues.
- **Clinical Experience**: Proficient in general urology, including open and endoscopic urological surgeries.
- **Knowledge Base**: Understanding of hospital structures, policies, and health unit systems, along with a commitment to safety and equal opportunity principles.
