We're seeking skilled Technical Training Specialists within the Mechanical and Electrical trades who are experienced in Komatsu equipment maintenance and servicing.
Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain training materials and resources to deliver the highest quality of technical training. You will be required to research, manufacture, and maintain training aids, visual aids to support and enhance the learning experience to create a safe, positive, and open learning environment, delivering top-notch technical training.

**What we are looking for**:
- Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate is a requirement
- Experience working with the Komatsu fleet
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is desirable
- Deliver quality training and assessment to students and clients
- Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
- Willingness to travel to meet role requirements
- Demonstrate problem-solving, collaborative communication, resourcefulness, and persistence
