Responsibilities
* Provide senior leadership support while the Head of Product is on parental leave, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
* Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining priorities, timelines, and critical milestones.
* Communicate product strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with and influence cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive product innovation, alignment, and timely execution.
* Identify opportunities that align with customer pain points and market trends, and address them.
* Ensure processes are created, documented, and continually improved.
* Support the growth of the Associate Product Manager, empowering them with senior PM expertise while learning from them.
Qualifications
* Significant previous experience as a Senior Product Manager.
* Demonstrated success owning the full product lifecycle in a high‑growth, product‑led tech scaleup or SaaS environment.
* Track record of delivering product strategy aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.
* Proven experience delivering successful solutions as a direct result of championing effective collaboration between cross‑functional teams.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, customer‑centric solutions.
* Willingness to roll up sleeves, navigate ambiguity, and iterate quickly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders around product vision and priorities.
