**Child & Family Practitioner - Inclusive Learning**

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children with emerging or identified additional needs. As a Child & Family Practitioner, you will collaborate closely with educators to identify individual children's needs and tailor inclusive strategies that support learning and development.
The successful candidate will embed Goodstart's Recognition and Response Model and the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) to ensure practices are consistent, responsive, and child-focused. You will provide early identification and intervention to support children who may be experiencing vulnerability or delay, and work with the Centre Director, Educational Leader, and Practice Team to strengthen team capability and ensure high-quality, inclusive learning environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with educators to identify individual children's needs and tailor inclusive strategies
* Embed Goodstart's Recognition and Response Model and the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0)
* Provide early identification and intervention to support children experiencing vulnerability or delay
* Work with the Centre Director, Educational Leader, and Practice Team to strengthen team capability
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Tertiary or Bachelor qualifications in early education, an allied health, social work or community services discipline (desirable)
* Strong understanding and ability to apply attachment theory, Circle of Security (COS) and trauma-informed practice
* Good understanding of relevant early childhood frameworks and standards
* Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
