Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Delivery Manager to complement our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction in our services, supporting field-based personnel remotely and onsite and assisting in the execution of process improvement strategies, organic growth and brand awareness programs..
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and coordinate the delivery of solutions.
* Identify opportunities for organic growth with existing or peripheral clients.
* Monitor and analyse service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
* Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to address challenges and opportunities proactively.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement, site performance and associated categories to the executive.
* Provide 24hr direction and support for site-based personnel as required..
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
* Proven experience in a comparable client service or account management roles.
* Appropriate communication (written & verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive approach to client satisfaction, staff welfare and supplier relationships.
* Ability to work collaboratively with field based personnel, management teams and client representatives.
* Familiarity with the security industry is a distinct advantage, however it is not an essential consideration or determining factor.
* Current WA Driver's License.
