The Opportunity:
We're seeking a confident, detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to manage full-function bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financials, insightful reports, and maintaining high-touch client relationships.
This is an in-office role with the option for flexible hours and long-term career growth.
The role will include:
* Using various Accounting Software Xero, MYOB, QB etc.
* Full bookkeeping for clients including reconciling the trial balance, monthly, process end-of-month journals, prepare profit and loss and balance sheet, and other necessary monthly reports
* Process payroll with knowledge in award rates, employer obligations, superannuation, entitlements etc.
* Monthly/Quarterly reporting for clients
* Communicating with clients via phone and email
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping or public practice experience
* Advanced proficiency in Xero (MYOB & QuickBooks a bonus)
* Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and payroll obligations
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and manage deadlines
