Position: Full-Time Cook
Lunch N Munch – Cairns Queensland is seeking a motivated and reliable a Full-Time Cook to join our kitchen team.
Requirements
Applicants must:
· Hold a relevant qualification such as Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher), or equivalent experience
· Have at least two (2) years of relevant commercial kitchen experience
· Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
· Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
· Vietnamese and English language ability is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Preparing and cooking breakfast meals, burgers, grilled meats and fried food items
· Operating grill, fryer and short-order cooking stations
· Coordinating multiple orders during peak service periods
· Portioning and preparing ingredients for service
· Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
· Monitoring stock rotation and assisting with stock control
· Assisting with general kitchen operations and supervising junior staff when required

· Salary: $70,000 – $77,000 per annum + superannuation
