Purpose of the role
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our technology products.
Key priorities
- Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts (manual & automated).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, track, and report software defects and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure testability and quality.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and optimise coverage.
- Use tools like Selenium, Playwright, and other frameworks consistently.
- Analyse results and provide clear test reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices and standards.
- Support risk management, compliance, and workplace safety practices.
About You
Experience & Knowledge:
- ISTQB or other QA certification (preferred).
- 3+ years' experience as a QA Engineer with manual and automated testing.
- Knowledge of testing technologies, patterns, and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and release management.
- Skills in .Net, C#, SQL, Visual Studio, and Postman (desirable).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering great user experiences.
- Proactive, adaptable, and effective in a small, fast-paced team.
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Ways of working
Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.

This role can be based at either our Headquarters in Sippy Downs or our Fortitude Valley office.
Sippy Downs:
