About the role
As the Warehouse Manager at Cutting Edge Technical Services Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's warehouse facility initially based in our West End, Brisbane, then relocating to Helensvale later in 2026. This full-time role, is integral to ensuring the seamless distribution of the company's products and services across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment
* Oversee the implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and KPIs
* Analyse and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
* Liaise with other departments, such as sales and engineering teams, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to clients
* Implement and oversee warehouse technology and systems to drive productivity and efficiency
* Assist in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans for the warehouse
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably within the Media & Entertainment or/and Audio Visual industries
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, and logistics
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
