We are seeking skilled nurses to join our team. As a Registered and Enrolled Nurse, you will work in a dynamic environment providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Perform duties with the support of department managers and other healthcare professionals
* Deliver quality patient care in line with hospital values and strategic direction
* Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
* Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care needs
* Provide education and support to patients and their families
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
* Minimum two years acute nursing care experience
* Enrolled Nurses must be medication endorsed and IV qualified
* Previous experience on a medical or rehabilitation ward is desirable
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A strong customer service focus
* Ability to work a rotating roster
