About the role: Our client is looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their team to provide support in the community to clients of varying clinical presentations. VPS currently supports private, NDIS, TAC, Medicare, and WorkSafe participants. The geographical location of their referrals varies across metropolitan Melbourne however their clinicians are supported to accept referrals in a reasonable and realistic catchment to conserve travel time and reduce clinician burnout. Their clinicians are supported to access consistent, high-quality clinical supervision and will be supported by a full-time administrative team. This SLP role is ideal for you if you want more control over the hours you work, ensuring your work/life balance is tailored to meet your individual needs and wants. Therapists can work on a part-time, full-time, or casual basis and hours are variable depending on how much work you wish to accept.
