The Unit has 26 haemodialysis stations which include two designated isolation rooms. The Unit also has three dialysis training rooms providing care to Peritoneal Dialysis patients.
Your New Role
Be part of Logan Hospital in reshaping the future We are currently looking for a Clinical Nurse experienced in Chronic Kidney Disease who is passionate about providing high quality care, to join our friendly and supportive team. The Clinical Nurse (CN) role encompasses advanced clinical expertise and problem-solving abilities, alongside expert planning and coordination, to manage the care of Kidney patients/residents/clients with complex needs, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Operating autonomously within the healthcare team, the CN plays a key role in planning, managing, and delivering specialist Kidney nursing care. Additionally, the CN provides clinical leadership across professional practice, education, and research, while supporting management activities, including portfolio oversight.

Logan Hospital
Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion .
